Greeting from The President

CEO TAKAMASA SUZUKI
Instead of focusing on why something cannot be done, we think about how it can be done.
Our products are manufactured one by one to meet each customer’s specific requirements. This means we are constantly taking on new challenges. That is why it is essential to have a strong belief that something can always be achieved, and the ability to think creatively about how to make it happen.
What people who are able to create things have in common are two qualities: the willingness to accept instructions with an open mind, and the determination to see things through to the end. When you take responsibility for your work and approach it with sincerity, that attitude will naturally be recognized and appreciated by those around you.
We strive to create an environment where people can focus on manufacturing with peace of mind, and to nurture individuals who connect with others through mutual trust and understanding.
Employee Voices
What we handle are fully custom-made products, and we almost never create the same thing twice. That is precisely why we place great importance on communication—sharing information openly, no matter how small, so that we can achieve the best possible results within limited time.
We are not looking for people who are simply talented or perfect. We want to work with people who are willing to take on challenges without fear of making mistakes, who can acknowledge those mistakes when they happen, think about why they occurred, and apply those lessons to the next opportunity.

Construction & Manufacturing Manager TETSUYA KOMURO
My relationship with Seikyo began when I was a high school student working part-time. Now, I’ve become the third longest-serving employee in the company (laughs). Since joining the Ota factory, I’ve mainly been responsible for on-site process management, material procurement, and transporting finished products.
This job is a constant race against deadlines. Our top priority is ensuring that the site operates as efficiently as possible, and as a team, we must always complete our work by the specified due date—no exceptions. What makes that possible is teamwork: each person doing their part responsibly and communicating with one another even about the smallest details.
We have a large team with a wide range of ages, but everyone understands the importance of being considerate of one another. Because of that shared mindset, we consistently meet our deadlines, which in turn leads to the company’s sales growth and, more importantly, to the trust and confidence placed in us.

Materials Procurement NANAMI FURUKI
After graduating from high school, I worked at a convenience store while looking for an office position. When I learned about Seikyo’s job opening, I had no prior experience and felt anxious, but I applied simply because I wanted to challenge myself with something new.
My role involves ordering the parts needed to manufacture our products. Every day is a learning experience, but I’ve realized that I’ve naturally developed the ability to read drawings and procurement specifications to identify the necessary components.
Above all, I believe that communication is the most important part of this job. A single conversation or one phone call can make coordination with staff and suppliers much smoother. Anticipating the other person’s needs and communicating proactively builds trust, which ultimately leads to better manufacturing.
Being able to play a part in that process is something that truly makes me happy.
